- Creating and processing invoices
- Cross-checking invoices with payments & expenses to ensure accuracy
- Managing the company's account payable and recievable
- Tracking organisation expenses
- Tax filing and management
- Preparations of monthly and yearly financial statement
- Presentation and analyses of monthly performance report
- Preparations and monitoring of company's budget
- Petty cash administration and reconsiliation
- Handles PAYE
- Bank reconciliation
- Cordinates stock/inventory count, and analyses
- Other duties as assigned by the management
