job description - Account Manager
- Analyse financial information to assist business profitability and growth
- Provide accurate and sound management reporting to assist with key decision making
- Produce month-end and year-end journals
- Prepare statutory and management accounts
- Contribute to the annual budgeting and planning process
- Manage capital expenditure
- Produce financial statements including P&L accounts, cash flows, variance analysis, and commentaries
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
Competence / Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 5 - 10 years of work experience.
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or other related fields
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
- A professional member of ICAN, ACA, or other audit bodies is desirable.
- Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills.
- Excellent networking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
