• This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager at Supersaver Supermarket in Lekki.
• The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
• Management, Leadership, and Team Supervision skills
• Visual Merchandising and Inventory Management experience
• Customer Service and Sales Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in retail or supermarket management.
