JOB TITLE: Human Resources Officer
JOB LOCATION: Lagos
JOB DETAILS:
ADVERTISEMENT
- Coordinate recruitment process, review applications/resumes; assist managers
with screening applicants. - Collaborate with Group ER to coordinate new hire paperwork to ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.
- Partner with managers to plan, analyze, and develop staffing needs and determine organizational structure.
- Identify employee needs regarding performance, training, and career
development. Make recommendations accordingly to line managers and the head of Business
Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Social Science discipline or any other relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience with relevance to administration and performance management.
- Good communication skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Should be detail-oriented with good analytical skills
- Ability to keep confidential records.
- Process oriented
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
