JOB TITLE: Operations Officer
JOB LOCATION: Ikeja, Lagos
JOB DETAILS:
ADVERTISEMENT
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities, including logistics, supply chain management, and administrative tasks.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze and improve operational processes, identifying areas for cost savings, productivity improvements, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional support to the management team, including preparing reports, analyzing data, and making recommendations for operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate special projects and initiatives as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by senior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc)/Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing and improving operational processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
