JOB TITLE: Operations Officer

JOB LOCATION: Ikeja, Lagos

JOB DETAILS:

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities, including logistics, supply chain management, and administrative tasks.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Analyze and improve operational processes, identifying areas for cost savings, productivity improvements, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional support to the management team, including preparing reports, analyzing data, and making recommendations for operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Manage and coordinate special projects and initiatives as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by senior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc)/Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing and improving operational processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
