JOB TITLE: Maintenance Manager – Electrical

JOB LOCATION: Ibadan, Oyo

JOB DETAILS:

• To execute the maintenance plans and procedures in the Mills and packing station, carry out maintenance effectively and ensure efficient performance of electrical systems and machineries.

The Duties

• Schedule maintenance activities and monitor maintenance electricians to ensure optimal skills and capacities utilization
• Ensure jobs assigned and maintenance tasks are promptly carried out to prevent production loss due to machine downtime
• Document and analyze maintenance parameters for plant improvement
• Ensure effective and efficient troubleshooting/fault finding of machines and equipment to reduce downtime
• Monitor the usage and handling of materials and tools assigned to electricians
• Identify job skills gap of subordinates and organize on-the-job training
• Ensure all routine maintenance work is handled on a regular schedule to reduce the risk of larger and more complex issues and to reduce costs
• Plan and organize maintenance of the relevant machines to ensure maintenance schedules are followed.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Electrical Engineering or any related field.
• COREN, NSE will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 5 years cognate experience in a milling environment.
