- As the Wireline Services Regional Assembly Repair Maintenance & Overhaul Manager- SSA you will be responsible for ensuring safe and reliable equipment is delivered to operations in a cost-effective and efficient manner without harm to people or the environment.
- The role is specifically focused on Wireline Services within the Oilfield Services & Equipment Portfolio of Baker Hughes.
As a Wireline Services Regional Assembly Repair Maintenance & Overhaul Manager – SSA, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the production of quality products in a safe manner through health, safety and environmental standards
- Ensuring production schedule and job planning process is in place and being executed across the globe.
- Ensuring adherence to risk, compliance and data protection standards across designated process areas
- Ensuring “AMO Interactive Monitor” information in each of the sites is all up to date and standardized across the region
- Fostering a positive, respectful and inclusive work environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Assembly Repair Maintenance & Overhaul supervisory role
- Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Wireline operations
- Have experience in managing budgets
- Be able to travel to plant sites as required (around 25% of the time)
- Have experience in managing P&L
- Experience or in-depth knowledge of oilfield products and services
- Have experience managing a diverse global team.
- Demonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS Office (SAP is an advantage).
