- We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Specialist with expertise in e-commerce and digital products and brands.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive and boosts sales growth across all our platforms).
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development:
- Design, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective campaign execution.
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content.
- Create high-quality, relevant content (articles, social media posts, videos, etc.)
- Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy and freshness.
- Ensure brand consistency across all content channels.
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Manage and maintain social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging social media content to drive interactions and conversions.
- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages.
Email Marketing
- Design, develop, and send targeted email campaigns to drive conversions.
- Manage email lists and ensure compliance with anti-spam laws.
- Analyze email campaign performance and optimize future campaigns.
- Create automated email workflows for nurturing leads.
SEO and SEM:
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Develop and execute paid search campaigns (Google Ads, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze website analytics to improve search engine rankings.
- Ensure website technical SEO best practices.
Data Analytics:
- Track and analyze marketing metrics (website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, etc.).
- Provide data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Set up and manage analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Create dashboards to visualize marketing performance.
Customer Segmentation:
- Identify and segment target audiences based on demographics, behavior, and preferences.
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns to address specific customer segments.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment with customer segments.
Partnership and Influencers:
- Identify and establish partnerships with relevant businesses and organizations.
- Collaborate with influencers to promote brand awareness and products.
- Develop and manage partnership agreements and contracts.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience (digital marketing focus)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms
- Excellent creative and analytical skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation software
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies
- Certification in digital marketing (Google Analytics, HubSpot).
