JOB DETAILS:

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cook to join our client’s restaurant team in Alausa, Ikeja.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in standard culinary techniques and a proven track record of excellence in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and standards
• Execute standard culinary techniques such as baking, grilling, roasting, and stir-frying
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
• Manage inventory and control food costs by minimizing waste
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Certificate
• At least 5 years of experience in a restaurant setting
• Proficient in a wide range of cooking techniques
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory procedures
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality dishes
