JOB TITLE: Warehouse Operator

JOB LOCATION:  Kano

JOB DETAILS:

• We are seeking a reliable, efficient, and organized Warehouse Operator to manage our warehouse operations.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, excellent organizational skills, and knowledge of inventory management principles.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.

Warehouse Operations:

• Ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Supervise warehouse staff.

Shipping and Receiving:

• Coordinates incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Verify shipment details.

Safety and Security:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Report any security breaches.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse management.
• OND/HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Qualities:

• Experience with warehouse management software.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with Kano’s logistics industry.
