JOB TITLES: Lead Engineer, Floating unit and Subsea Inspection

- Ensure that the mechanical and structural integrity of the Floating Units (including LSA) and subsea pieces of equipment are maintained and follow the requirements of TEP Referential, for that:
- Manage, organize, plan and follow the above-mentioned inspection activities.
- Define the SOW, insure the coordination with contractors, site and TECHLOG.
- Analyze the control or inspection report, provide remedial work recommendation and issue actions to relevant players. Follow up on the recommendations and ensure clearance on due date
- Ensure Classification and Certification of the FUs are permanently granted, for that:
- Manage, organize, plan and follow the above mentioned inspection activities.
- Coordinate all activities in conjunction with contractors, site, BV, NIMASA, DPR and NAPIMS.
- Analyze inspection report, ensure all anomalies and integrity threats are properly evaluated and declare, provide remedial work recommendation, and issue actions to relevant players.
- Determine whether modification/repair affects a Classed system, define the actions to maintain compliant.
- Ensure FUs are operated in their operating envelope throughout their life cycle
- Ensure the corrosion, inspection, monitoring and maintenance plans of FUs are integrated and monitored as part of integrity assurance activities of FUs within the CMIMS.
- Monitor and report on the status of the FU integrity and the status of the FUIMS
- Is the Focal Point for the reporting and technical discussions with the Group FU integrity Surveillance Team
- Report at affiliate level, the Head Office recommendations and information.
- Organize the Yearly FU Integrity Assessment and prepare the Yearly FU Integrity Report
- Is the DW focal point for the DW Asset Integrity Review Meetings.
- Ensure the function of the Pipeline Inspection Lead Engineer as define in CR EP EXP 400, implement subsea inspection and surveillance strategies in compliance with GS EP EXP 311:
- Prepare, Organize and Supervise the Subsea Inspection activities carried out by DW Inspection Team.
- Define inspection strategies for all classes of equipment (intelligent pig, OIMR Vessel, ROV, Mini ROV, Diving operation, Corrosion monitoring and various inspection techniques and tools require).
- Assess inspection findings, ensure that all integrity threats and downgraded situation are properly declared, evaluated and manage. Propose corrective action in liaison with the other entities and TOTAL HQ.
- Ensure that an emergency pipeline repair system (EPRS) is put in place, availability of relevant spares, installation aids and repair tooling in compatibility with criticality level of operated pipelines and coordinate with other entities the preparation of EPRS execution plan
- Ensure the mechanical and structural integrity of the oil offloading hose, Floating hoses and accessories.
- For the above, propose annual budget, follow the expenses and ensure cost remains in line with approved budget.
Candidate Profile
- Education: University Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, with background in Mechanical, Materials, Naval Architecture.
- Specific training in inspection, corrosion control, subsea and marine certification.
- Good supervisory, project management, communication skill and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in English language
- Good knowledge of TOTAL E&P Technical Referential- Experience / knowledge of Subsea, Pipeline and Marine
- Inspection/Certification. Minimum 10 years professional experience in the Inspection discipline, in Field Operation on Offshore Oil & Gas Facilities.

- 2 FPSO Systems (Floating Production Storage Offloading) with buoy: AKPO & EGINA
- Umbilicals, Flowlines and Risers. Subsea Production Systems (AKPO & EGINS)
- Oil Offload Lines and Floating Hoses
Additional Information
- Production Levels : Production Level: during plateau period = 110kbopd and 17Mmscm/d (AKPO), 180kbopd and 3.5Mmscm/d (EGINA)
- Responsible for mechanical and structural integrity of the FUs, classification/ national international flag compliance and diving, pipelines, ROV inspection of the subsea pieces of equipment. Technology Involved in the Job : Diving; Subsea; Deep-Water Operation; Non-Destructive Examination; Metallurgy; Corrosion; Ship Classification and National and international flag compliance. Manage 1 organic staff
