Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance-related disciplines
- Professional Accounting Certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA, etc.)
- 8-10 years post-qualification experience, 4 in management
- Knowledge of exit benefit process, financial systems, and pensions regulations
