- Making planning and procedures for field activities on the spot
- Coordinating and keeping track of the labour, supply, and material subcontractor activities
- Establishing and maintaining progress schedules
- preparing routine job reports for meetings at work
- ensuring that the work is finished in a timely and economical manner
- Ensure permanent on-site supervision
- Foremen should be informed of the requirements for the scope of the task, and production, quality, and contract compliance should be checked.
- To guarantee the highest standards are met, schedule, monitor, and oversee all subcontractor work quality and production levels.
- Review shop drawings and other report prepared by testing and inspection agencies * Prepare and monitor RFI's.
- Prepare daily report forms, and progress photographs.
- Working knowledge familiarity with computer operating systems including Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel; and opening, preparing, scanning, printing, and sending PDF files and other documents.
- Ensuring that the project's health and safety plans are carried out and adhered to
