job description - Order & Sales Administrator
- Aston Carter's client in Surrey is looking to add a Sales & Order Administrator to their team. This role is best suited to someone with experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment including a high volume of order entries.
- Assist all customers quickly and professionally providing exemplary customer service
- Process customer orders received by email, and fax, providing customer follow-up as required to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded
- Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
- Perform general office duties *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* Qualifications and Experience: (TBC)
- Previous Customer Service Rep (CSR) experience, min 1 year
- Experience in general office & receptionist duties
- Sales Order data entry and processing
- Hard working, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High level of proficiency in MS Outlook & Excel
- Basic understanding of accounting practices
- Degree/Diploma
- French Bilingual
- Excellent oral and written English, French is an asset
- Post-secondary education background
