job description - Order & Sales Administrator

  • Aston Carter's client in Surrey is looking to add a Sales & Order Administrator to their team. This role is best suited to someone with experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment including a high volume of order entries.
  • Assist all customers quickly and professionally providing exemplary customer service
  • Process customer orders received by email, and fax, providing customer follow-up as required to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded
  • Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
  • Perform general office duties *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* Qualifications and Experience: (TBC)
  • Previous Customer Service Rep (CSR) experience, min 1 year
  • Experience in general office & receptionist duties
  • Sales Order data entry and processing
  • Hard working, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Outlook & Excel
  • Basic understanding of accounting practices
  • Degree/Diploma
  • French Bilingual
  • Excellent oral and written English, French is an asset
  • Post-secondary education background
