job description - Machine Operator
- The machine operators are responsible for setting up their machine. All of the plants have multiple machine operators that run one very large machine. It's important that each person fully understands how the machine operates. This machine takes a mix and produces the finished bricks. It is highly automated so the machine operators are mostly monitoring their levels and troubleshooting any issues that arise. They are also responsible for quality checks, are the bricks coming out perfectly or does something need to be adjusted?
- Qualifications:* MUST HAVE: 2+ years of automated machine operating experience (ie. cnc machine, robotic weld machine) MUST HAVE: Knowledge of troubleshooting MUST HAVE: Ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally over the course of 8 hours
- Shift:* Day shift:
- 6:30am-6pm *(Monday - Thursday)
- 6:30am-4pm* on Fridays Night shift:
- 6:30pm-6:30am* (Monday - Thursday)
