  • Controlled Goods coordination and administrative support
  • Audit support (SOX etc.)
  • Job descriptions update and maintenance
  • Conduct exit interviews with all exiting employees
  • Training*
  • Delivering local training on corporate/regional HR products.
  • New Hire Orientation
  • Employee Communication*
  • HR Newsletter - Bi-monthly
  • Coordination with HRBP’s/Management/Marketing
  • Employee Engagement*
  • Diamond Recognition Program
  • Service Awards/Anniversaries
  • Employee Events
  • Tier 2 Employee/Management Support*
  • Local point of contact for managers regarding a wide range of HR topics, for example, company policy questions and day to day queries across the life cycle of employment.
  • Support and draft updates to company policies and processes in line with local legislation with guidance from HRBP’s focused on continuous improvement
  • Support other HR projects as required
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
  • University or College Education in a related field (or relevant experience)
  • 2-3 years of previous HR experience – exposure supporting supervisors/management considered an asset
  • Professional designation or working towards considered an asset (CHRP/SHRM)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience using Workday considered an asset
