job description - Benefits & Payroll Manager
- Attend weekly Stakeholder meetings.
- Oversees the administration of international payrolls and applicable benefit programs, including all regulatory international reporting requirements.
- Conducts routine audits for all organizational payroll(s) including audits of benefit premium amounts, pension contribution levels, etc.
- Serve as an expert with Ceridian Dayforce platform.
- Supports the configuration and implementation of additional modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation).
- Develops and implements payroll related policies and controls.
- Creates and maintains process maps and training documentation for new and existing users.
- Reviews and approves relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
- Audits active & terminated employee data to ensure accuracy.
- Identifies opportunities for standardization and process improvements across the payroll function.
- Must Haves:*
- Ceridian Dayforce Software experience
- 5+ years experience working in Payroll & Benefits
- 3+ years in a leadership position (supervising)
- Nice to Haves:*
- Experience in a payroll department with unionized, non-unionized, part-time & full-time employees
- PCP (Payroll compliance practitioner designation) and/or CPM designation
- Experience Level:* Expert Level
