job description - Benefits & Payroll Manager

  • Attend weekly Stakeholder meetings.
  • Oversees the administration of international payrolls and applicable benefit programs, including all regulatory international reporting requirements.
  • Conducts routine audits for all organizational payroll(s) including audits of benefit premium amounts, pension contribution levels, etc.
  • Serve as an expert with Ceridian Dayforce platform.
  • Supports the configuration and implementation of additional modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation).
  • Develops and implements payroll related policies and controls.
  • Creates and maintains process maps and training documentation for new and existing users.
  • Reviews and approves relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
  • Audits active & terminated employee data to ensure accuracy.
  • Identifies opportunities for standardization and process improvements across the payroll function.
  • Must Haves:*
  • Ceridian Dayforce Software experience
  • 5+ years experience working in Payroll & Benefits
  • 3+ years in a leadership position (supervising)
  • Nice to Haves:*
  • Experience in a payroll department with unionized, non-unionized, part-time & full-time employees
  • PCP (Payroll compliance practitioner designation) and/or CPM designation
  • Experience Level:* Expert Level
