• Candidates must possess a Ph.D and M.Sc Degrees in Optometry (OPT) and 12 years of continuous teaching and research.
• Must have published at least 30 thirty scholarly publications in both local and international journals and should be registered with relevant professional bodies where applicable and should have sufficient experience in administration.
