JOB TITLE: Communication Intern – Video Editing

JOB DETAILS;

• The position holder will play a crucial role in creating compelling visual content that communicates ECEWS mission and engages our audience.
• Work closely with our communications team to edit footage, craft narratives, and produce high-quality videos that effectively convey our message.
• Editing raw footage into engaging videos that align with the organization’s branding and goals.
• Collaborate with the communications team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure that video content is visually appealing, coherent, and effectively communicates the intended message.
• Incorporate graphics, effects, and other elements to enhance video quality and storytelling.
• Review and revise edited videos based on feedback from team members.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Minimum Recruitment Standard

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of video editing techniques, including pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.
• Prior experience in video editing or related fields is preferred but not required.
