Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Job Description
- Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
- Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
- Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
- Monitor, organize and forward emails.
- Maintain records and files.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Check, sort and forward emails

- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Job Requirements
ADVERTISEMENT
- Interested candidates should possess a minimum of OND or NCE in relevant field.
- 1 – 2 years relevant work experience in receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
- Proficiency in using Office Equipment such as printers, copiers, and computers.
- Office Administration Skills including scheduling appointments, managing files, and handling correspondence.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Remuneration
N60,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
