JOB TITLE: Cashier

JOB DETAILS:

• We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Cashier to join our cafe team.
• As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, managing cash and card payments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions, including taking orders and processing payments
• Manage cash and card payments, including handling cash, operating the point-of-sale system, and reconciling cash at the end of each shift
• Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash area and surrounding environment
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 – 5 years of experience as a Cashier or in a related role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
