JOB DETAILS:
- We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications industry.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and coordinating sales activities with a focus on fiber network services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for fiber network services.
- Identify and onboard new customers, as well as maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and trends in the fiber network space.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technical teams to address client requirements effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, specifically in the telecommunications sector with a focus on fiber products.
- Strong understanding of fiber network services and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
