JOB TITLE: Production Clerk – Eastern Premier Feed Mill

JOB LOCATION: Calabar, Cross River

JOB DETAILS:

• To collate and report all related production activities in the assigned shift for desired result.

The Duties

• Effectively collate all daily production data and Buhler reports, and process bin inventories.
• Organize all data extract from Axapter in preparation for weekly and monthly reconciliation for all production orders.
• Post all production orders and Bill of Materials (BOM) on AX for production stock reconciliation.
• Liaise with Finance, Raw Material Store and Finished Goods Store for reconciliation purposes and respond.
• Monitor and report discrepancies on production process inventories and other materials.
• Effectively collate all daily production reports for the site, update data on shared folders and send out to all parties.
• Effectively collate all monthly production and downtime reports with respect to site and other reports as assigned and send out to all concerned promptly.

Qualifications

• 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings/NABTEB/ Trade test.
• OND in Sciences or Engineering.

Experience:

• 2 years’ cognate experience with at least 1 year in active data entry role.

The Person Must:

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Coordinate the collection of data from point of origin.
• Ability to prepare regular administrative and/or special reports, compiling data from various sources and compose statistical charts and tables.
• Ability to verify data by checking printouts for errors.
• Be proficient with Microsoft office suite or related software.
