JOB TITLE: Finance Manager

- We are require the service of a non-profit Finance Manager to join their project team.
- The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the non-profit programmes.
- This includes Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Auditing, Compliance and Financial Planning.
- He/She will also be responsible for managing relationships with donors, grantors and other financial partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all financial operations of our nonprofit project.
- Develop and implement financial strategies.
- Prepare and present financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage relationships with donors, grantors, and other financial partners.
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning.
- Conduct audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the executive team to make financial decisions.
Education and Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Experience in a non-profit organization is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial management role.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to non-finance persons.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
- Good team player.
