• Lead the development and execution of agro-solution strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Oversee product lifecycle management and drive continuous innovation.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality inputs and optimal cost.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management-level experience in strategic marketing.
• A first degree in Natural or Social Sciences; an MBA or a Senior Management Program is essential.
• Strong knowledge of agriculture and agro-input solutions.
